Length of treatment is individualized for each person! As we start on medication, we will find the most effective dose together. Once we find your sweet spot, we usually stay here until we reach your goals (yay!). Once we feel like you’re in a good place and have created healthy, sustainable habits, we’ll discuss weaning off the meds.

If you’re someone who’s looking to lose 10 or more pounds AND keep it off, you’re our person! We’ll review your most recent medical history and labs to make sure this is a safe option for you.

For your first appointment/consultation, we’ll go through your medical history (bring your most recent labs, please!) and do a quick physical exam. Then, we will talk about your previous experience with weight loss, your overall goals and if there are any other questions we can answer for you.

After that, we’ll get into the nitty gritty and discuss how our program works and if it’s right for you!
