I am just giddy as I reflect on the incredible journey we've taken on together this year. So- drumroll, please!
🎓 WHAT A YEAR!!! 2023 marked a monumental achievement as I graduated with my masters in nursing after 3 LONG years of school – hello, Nurse Practitioner status! 🎉 But that's not all – we've been in absolute growth mode this year. We've set up shop in our fantastic new location, expanded our dream team, and introduced fabulous new services and cutting-edge machines that are taking Sweet Tox to new heights! 🚀
Learning has been at the forefront of our journey, with a multitude of different trainings that our team has participated in and that I have provided for others in our new in-house training facility and around the country. This year I took the injectors to Austin, TX to our favorite conference and I also had the honor to present and speak on the topic of entrepreneurship, leadership and culture. I also took the opportunity to travel across the globe to Zurich, Switzerland to study with and collaborate with other aesthetics masters outside of the US.
And let's not forget about bonding and adventure! Taking the entire team on a trip to Mexico this year was not just about creating memories; it was about fostering the strong bonds that make Sweet Tox a family. 🌴
One thing I've cherished most this year is our team’s collective commitment to personal and professional growth. Together, we've honed in on cultivating a culture of excellence that goes beyond just providing injectables. Sweet Tox is becoming a haven of self-love, a safe space where everyone is heard and welcomed with open arms.
Buckle up for 2024 because we're raising the bar even higher. Our goal is to continue offering an elevated experience for every single bestie that walks through our doors. 🌈 We're set to redefine medical spa standards in this incredible specialty of medicine.
